In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we provide the following explanations to fulfill our disclosure obligation regarding the processing of your personal data.

Method and Legal Basis of Data Collection: Your personal data is collected electronically through our website, email, phone, and physically through face-to-face meetings. This data is processed in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.
Rights of the Data Subject: In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights: 1. Learning whether your personal data is processed 2. Requesting information if your data has been processed 3. Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose 4. Knowing the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad 5. Requesting correction if your data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly 6. Requesting deletion within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK 7. Requesting notification of corrections/deletions to third parties to whom your data was transferred 8. Objecting to the emergence of a result detrimental to you through exclusive analysis of your data by automated systems 9. Claiming compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data
